Kami Evans has over 16 years of experience on a global basis in placing human capital to support strategic initiatives such as M&A and change management within Technology and Sales & Marketing. In 1997 she co-founded Newton Solutions, Inc. a professional services firm that focused on financial and life sciences sectors.

In 2003 Kami took on the new role of Director of Business Development at TEFEN Operations Management Consultancy where she developed sectors of excellence within life sciences and manufacturing.

From 2005 she was been responsible for building and growing the general manufacturing and life science sectors for Alexander Hughes throughout the EMEA region and has expanded to China in the last year. In 2006 she moved over to the executive search team of Alexander Hughes to develop the Life Sciences and General Manufacturing Sectors with her current clients.

In 2008 Kami became Managing Partner of Prescot & Leman. Her role is to continue with the growth and success of the firms Executive Search Practice on a global basis. Furthermore she will have a focus on change management initiatives as well as diversifying the board and assisting with employee engagement efforts and transition coaching.

In 2004 Kami wrote and published ‘The Next Step’ - a guide to professional responsibility, which focuses on career changers and graduates entering the work force. She is contributing writer to CriticalEYE REVIEW: The Journal of Europe’s Centre of Business Leaders www.criticaleye.net.
